Giveaway Day 24 - Let's Make This A Green Day

I'm not talking about the color.  We did that yesterday with the cuff.  You have seen quite a few of my own creations, how about making this giveaway, one where you can create and show me something.

How would you like to help me do some recycling, and create a piece of art at the same time?  Today I am going to give you that chance.

I have a total of 3 batches of items today for you, that you could use in scrap booking, card making, mixed media, and even jewelry making if you choose.  It is totally up to you. 

This first set of items include 5 dyed large shipping tags that are made by a friend of mine, Teresa.  She has a shop on Etsy, which is currently closed until April 1st.  She makes the most gorgeous paper bag books, steampunk cuffs, altered keys and glass tiles.  Her art is simply amazing.  There is also a paper bag book ready for you to turn into a scrapbook or maybe a mixed media book.  And to top it off a selection of fibers in purples and blues.

This batch involves a mix of decorative papers, 10 poker chips for you to alter, a box of glass beads, and 12 tiny vintage images.

This last batch has two packages of vintage rick-rack and 8 different laces with most being one yard or more

Day 15 Giveaway - Card Crafting

G'day everyone! This giveaway closes tomorrow so you don't have much time to enter. Sorry. But then I will be drawing the winners for the past days on Tuesday, so keep a look our for an e-mail with a subject that says something like: You Won!

This set includes card making items: two white cards & 2 rose cards with envelopes (which can be altered or used as is), and another set of cards with envelopes, along with chip board punch-out alphabets, Art Plates, colorful gift tags that can be altered or used as is. Day 14 Giveaway - sorry I am late

Hello Everyone! Sorry I am running behind today. I spent the day yesterday with one of my Sisters, Terry, and we went junking (thrift shopping) in Gape Giradeau, MO. We left at 8:30am and didn't get back until nearly 8pm. We both had a great time, we found some wonderful bargains (which I will post pictures and write about later when I get the pictures taken) for some things I had been needing and on others that I just wanted. I love spending the day junking with my Sisters, but I don't do it as often as we used to because I usually end up paying dearly for it in pain. The last time I went with Lynn, my other Sister, it took me a full 7 days to recoup from that outing. That whole week was a loss to me as I was unable to do much of anything as my pain level was in the 10+ range. So for obvious reasons I don't get out to junk too often, and when I do it is a real treat.

On to today's giveaway. It is another sticky note pad, but this time there is no pen included and the paper is black... for using gel pens. Hmmmm... maybe I will include a full size gel pen. Well see.

Do you like to go junk shopping? And if so, what do you usually ALWAYS look for when you go?

my answer: I absolutely love to go junking (if I were physically up to it I would go every time I was invited). When I do go, I always look for crafting supplies or items I can use in my artwork.

On this 12th day of my giveaways, I have some more paper crafting supplies for the lucky winner. Day 11 of the Giveaways

To day 11 of my 29 Day Giving Challenge. We are getting close to the 1/2 way mark of my giveaways. I hope everyone is having fun seeing what I have up for grabs each new day and entering. I know that I am loving it. I had so much fun last year when I did my very first 29 Day Giving Challenge. You can read about it here.

Similar to last years predicament, and having so many winners win multiple times, I have decided to wait until the end of the giveaways to send them out. This way I will have some money once again, and if someone wins more than once (like they did last year) I will be able to combine their winnings and mail them in one package. I hope no one minds.

Today's giveaway is similar to an earlier one, but also different. This one has a rubber stamp (I 'heart' U), a set of kraft paper bookmarks, and various papers that include handmade, velum, and decorative scrapbook paper. If you paper craft, make greeting cards, scrapbook, or do altered art, you will be able to put these items to good use.

If you like to make cards, scrapbook your pictures or do altered art, then today's giveaway is for you.

I have an assortment of items that include 4 cards with envelopes that can be used as they are, or you can altered them. I cut the embossed square out of the white ones to make a window and they turned out really nice. Wish I could find my pictures so that I could show you, but I can't, sorry. There are metal license plate type tags called Art Tags, Bubble Stickers, Woven Words, and a couple other items.
